Shipping
Breadcrumbs puzzle newspapers are physical products shipped to the mailing address provided at checkout.
Orders are prepared and mailed after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and postal service and are not guaranteed.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Shipping Problems
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time, contact us at breadcrumbspuzzles@outlook.com. We will work with you to determine an appropriate replacement or refund.
Returns
Because Breadcrumbs puzzle newspapers contain puzzle solutions and answer keys, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can make sure you receive the product you ordered in usable condition.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or mailed, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it and issue a refund. Once an order has been mailed, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
